European Chemical Society honors the High Altitude Research Station Jungfraujoch


As part of the celebration activities of the EuChemS Historical Landmark Award 2021 that is awarded to the High Altitude Research Station Jungfraujoch, the Swiss Chemical Society and the International Foundation High Altitude Research Stations Jungfraujoch & Gornergrat organized a one-day symposium on February 16, 2023 in Bern, with national and international experts as lecturers and guests.

Mr. Kaspar Grossenbacher represented the Embassy of Switzerland in Denmark at the EuChemS Award Ceremony at Jungfraujoch. On social media, the Embassy posted the following about the event: Linkedin: Embassy of Switzerland in Denmark’s Post

The Belgian journalist Christian Du Brulle was present during the two-day celebration of the award and afterwards wrote an article for ‘Daily Science’.

The EuChemS Magazine published an article by Marton Kottmayer about the Landmark events in Bern and at Jungfraujoch.
