The “High Urgency” process brings climate negotiators and leading Cryosphere scientists together on a regular basis to discuss policy implications of the most recent Cryosphere research for the climate agenda, in particular multilateral negotiations under the UNFCCC and Paris Agreement (PA); and relevant cooperation with COP Presidencies.
The International Cryosphere Climate Initiative (ICCI) is coordinating the whole process.
