Sonja Stöckli and Thomas Furter

New custodians at the research station Jungfraujoch

Sonja Stöckli made a commercial apprenticeship at a bank and later on a training as a graduated nurse. She most recently worked as a nurse for the Spitex.

Thomas Furter made an apprenticeship as an electronic engineer and later on as an electrical engineer. He proved his professional knowledge as development engineer, project manager and team leader in diverse positions.

The couple loves nature and the mountains and is often doing hikes lasting for several days, alpine tours and ski tours.

Ms Stöckli and Mr Furter are looking forward to their new challenge as custodian-couple and the collaboration with Daniela Bissig and Erich Furrer.

HFSJG wishes them a good start at Jungfraujoch.

Christine and Ruedi Käser left the research station at the end of May 2022 in order to take on new challenges. HFSJG would like to say a big thank you to them for their great and always dedicated commitment and wishes them all the best for their future.
